The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety. The location was central and convenient.

The staff were exceptional, offering room service, laundry and even airport shuttle services, making my stay hassle-free. The breakfast served each morning in the dining area was fresh and delicious, with a range of continental options. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury stay with excellent service.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, always willing to help and make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the tourist spots and public transport. We also loved the cozy and well-prepared breakfast, especially when we could enjoy it on the terrace. The room was super clean and had a beautiful terrace as well.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. We had to call reception a couple of times for toiletries in the bathroom, which we feel should have been topped up automatically.

The highlight was definitely the gorgeous upstairs terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and drinks. The staff were really good too make us feel welcome and were helpful throughout our stay. Furthermore, the hotel is so close to the main attractions that guests can easily walk to them. Despite being near all the attractions, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet back street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very clean, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is fresh, with a good selection, and the chef even greets guests and checks if everything is okay. The upstairs terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink, weather permitting.

Some guests encountered a ventilation issue on the covered roof terrace, as some people smoked inside, making the area suffocating.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street, yet within walking distance to almost everything. We could easily explore the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and even the Colosseum and the Forum on foot. The subway station was also conveniently close. We loved being near the vibrant Trastevere restaurants, and the staff gave excellent dinner suggestions. Our room was cozy and clean, and the bathroom was spotless with modern amenities. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Shary, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop terrace.

The lights in our room didn't work, despite being informed that someone would come to fix them.
